Brian Hipkin became Director of Student Services at the University of East London in 2005 following 11 years at Middlesex University as Dean of Students, the previous 18 years having been spent as a senior lecturer, researcher, occasional columnist and media consultant.
UEL Student Services have been pioneers in the innovative use of new technologies in the delivery of services to Students. Brian has advised many HEI's on improving their Student Experience and has spoken widely on this subject.
